3 Chìm 6 Nổi (3 Downs 6 Ups) is a multimedia art showcase featuring 14 emerging young artists and their works around the theme of Vietnamese word-of-mouth culture. The exhibition stems from a creative call initiated by Vietnamme, aiming to encourage artistic expression and build connections between indie young artists and the public.
